How do I send bulk messages?

To send a bulk message, follow the steps below!

• Navigate to the Campaigns tab and click Create Campaign.

• Add customers

• You can enter a custom message or select one of your templates by clicking the Templates button. Once you're satisfied with your message, head down to the Message Settings.

• Now you can choose to have the conversations moved to Closed or Open. If you'd like to have your message sent at a later date, select Later.

Once you're happy with the Message settings, click Schedule Campaign.
