To send a bulk message follow the steps below!
Navigate to the Campaigns tab and click Create Campaign.
Give your new campaign a title.
You can enter a custom message or select one of your templates by clicking the Templates button. Once you're satisfied with your message, head down to the Message Settings.
Now you can choose to have the conversations moved to Closed or Open. If you'd like to have your message sent at a later date, select Later.
Ensure that you have this feature available on your account. If you'd like some additional information on the ability to schedule a message please reach out to email@example.com.
Once you're happy with the Message settings, click Next.
Now choose the people you'd like to send your message to. You can upload a CSV file, input their names and contact information individually, or select a group using your existing Tags. Once all your contacts have been added to the Campaign, click Send Messages, and you're done.
