How can I customize my review invite?

Personalizing the wording of your initial review invitation can help boost your click-through rate and lead to higher review completion overall. 

You can customize certain variables in the template like ((name)), which allows you to automatically insert customers' names with every review invitation. 

To customize your review invites, follow these steps:

1. Select the Templates tab. 

2. Click the Pencil then Edit. 

3. Enter your chosen changes that you'd like to make to the template.

4. Click Update
