Review requests have been recently updated, they can now only be sent from the Messenger screen.
Click on Messenger from the menu at the top of the screen.
To send a new message send, click the new message button in the top left of the Messenger dashboard. You can also search for an existing conversation in your database.
Input your name in the space along the top (for internal tracking purposes - to display the number of sent review requests on the leader board), this is an optional step. Then input the customer's information in the spaces listed.
Select the template or message to send to this customer, your favorite templates will be listed in the buttons provided, but all templates can be found by clicking the green TEMPLATES button, beside the message preview.
Click SEND to send your message to the customer listed.
