Review requests have been recently updated, they can now only be sent from the Messenger screen.

Step 1

Click on MESSENGER from the menu at the top of the screen.

Step 2

You can toggle between the older input (displayed) or our new single input message. 

The new input will allow you to type in any detail (name, number or email) and will find if that customer has already been communicated with and locate that conversation for you. 

Step 3

Input your name in the space along the top (for internal tracking purposes - to display the number of sent review requests on the leader board). Then input the customers information on the spaces listed.

Step 4

Select the template or message to send to this customer, your favorite templates will be listed in the buttons provided, but all templates can be found by clicking the green TEMPLATES button, beside the message preview.

Step 5

Click SEND to send your message to the customer listed.
