After you've sent a payment request to your customers, you may want to view and print your receipts for the transaction for record keeping purposes. Follow the steps bellow to complete this request.
- Open the customer's conversation from the Messenger tab
- Click on the secure link that was sent to the customer
- Click the 'Download Receipt' button
- A new tab will open with a PDF copy of the receipt
Once the receipt has been produced you can print it using the printer of your choosing or save the file to your computer.
