After you've sent a payment request to your customers, you may want to view and print your receipts for the transaction for record keeping purposes. Follow the steps bellow to complete this request.
Open the customer's conversation from the Messenger tab
Click on the secure link that was sent to the customer
Click the 'Download Receipt' button
A new tab will open with a PDF copy of the receipt
Once the receipt has been produced you can print it using the printer of your choosing or save the file to your computer.
