Changing the language in a template

There is a good chance that you may be dealing with some customers who prefer to receive messages in a different language. You can create a template in a different language by typing a message in the body of the template in either French, English, or Spanish. If you want to create a review invitation that will accommodate a different language.

There is a button, seen below, where you can choose either English, French, or Spanish. This drop-down button will change the screen that populates once your customer clicks the review invitation link.

Utilizing this tool in your review invitation templates can make your customers' experience go from good to great.
