We believe in a Fair Billing Policy because we believe you should only pay for the features on your account that you use.
All of our accounts offer the ability to upgrade at any time with fair billing calculations to your subscription. We also give you the ability to select specific features to add to your account.

Dynamic Billing
With Chekkit’s dynamic billing, you’re only charged for what you use and when you use it. If you upgrade your plan or add additional locations partway through a billing cycle, your charges are automatically prorated. This means you’ll only pay for the portion of time the upgrade or location was active—no overcharging, no surprises.
Thousands of Messages
Every Chekkit account includes:
- Unlimited incoming SMS messages
- 2,000 outgoing SMS messages per month
If you exceed 2,000 outgoing messages, additional messages are billed at $0.03 per message. If your business requires a higher monthly message volume, our support team is happy to help you explore options—just reach out to support@chekkit.io.
Create Your Team
No matter how big your team, you can create as many users as you'd like with no additional charges. You can also give your users various access to your account. Below we have a list of the different access levels.
- Owner: Full access and multi-location accessibility
- Location Admin: Full access (Only one location)
- Team Leader: Access to Personal and Team settings only
- Team Member: Only Personal Settings (Can reply to reviews + messages. Can’t refund or cancel payments)
- Team Member (Limited): Only Personal Settings (Same as Team Member but unable to reply to reviews)
- Individual: Only see & reply to assigned messages, and can’t respond to reviews (Assigned by someone with higher authority)
