Getting feedback from your customers can help you understand their experience with your business. The difficult part is that not all your customers have the same experience. Or maybe you have a form that you require your customers to fill out. Utilizing the new Questionnaire feature can make your operations smoother and help acknowledge your customer's needs.
To set up your first questionnaire, click the Questionnaire tab at the top of your dashboard.
Click the 'Create New Questionnaire' button.
Now we can give your Questionnaire a name and a description. You can also create a template specifically for this questionnaire by turning the toggle on. When you're finished, click the 'Create' button.
We can now create the questions that will go along with the questionnaire. You can create as many questions as you'd like.
Enter the question that you'd like your customer to answer. If you'd like them to leave a number as a response, ensure you check the box below.
Now that you have your questionnaire created and all the questions ready to be answered, we can send the questionnaire to your customer. To send your new questionnaire, go to Messenger, select the customer you'd like to receive your questionnaire, click Templates and select the questionnaire template.
Once you've sent your questionnaire, your customer can click the link and submit their responses. After they've completed your questionnaire, you can view the answers from the questionnaire tab or from the conversation.
