Sending a message to an individual or a group is a great way to receive tons of reviews, get the word out on a sale, advise your customers of a change to your business hours and so much more. You can now schedule a message to be sent at a specific time in the future.

Follow the steps below to schedule your message.

Step 1: Set Date & Time

Go to the Scheduler tab in your dashboard. Click the New Scheduled Message button. Select the date and time that you'd like your message to be sent.

Step 2: Enter Message

Type a custom message or select one of your templates that you'd like to send to your customer.

Step 3: Select Customers

Click the Select Tags button to choose customers that have an existing tag. You can also upload a CSV file with a list of your customers. Ensure that your CSV file has the header Name, Phone, and Email. Once your customers have been added click the Next button.

Step 4: Review & Confirm

Now that all your information has been added, it's time to review the information and schedule your message.

You can also schedule a message directly from the Messenger tab. Follow these steps:

  1. Type or select a template that you'd like to send

  2. Click the clock icon

  3. Select the date

  4. Select the time

  5. Click Schedule Message!

A message will appear letting you know that your message has been scheduled.
