How to schedule a message to be sent

Sending a message to an individual or a group is a great way to receive tons of reviews, get the word out on a sale, advise your customers of a change to your business hours and so much more. You can now schedule a message to be sent at a specific time in the future.


Follow the steps below to schedule a bulk message.


Step 1:

Navigate to the Campaigns tab and click Create Campaign.

Step 2:

Give your new campaign a title.

Enter a Campaign name.

Step 3:

You can enter a custom message or select one of your templates by clicking the Templates button. Once you're satisfied with your message, head down to the Message Settings.


Step 4:

Now you can choose to have the conversations moved to Closed or Open. In order to schedule this message, select Later and enter the date and time that you'd like the message to be sent.


Select a time and date.

Once you're happy with the Message settings, click Next.


Step 5:

Now choose the people you'd like to send your message to. You can upload a CSV file, input their names and contact information individually, or select a group using your existing Tags. Once all your contacts have been added to the Campaign, click Send Messages, and you're done.

To schedule a message to an individual, go to the Messenger tab and follow these steps:

  1. Type or select a template that you'd like to send
  2. Click the clock icon
  3. Select the date
  4. Select the time
  5. Click Schedule Message!

A message will appear letting you know that your message has been scheduled.
