Responding to your customers quickly and efficiently shows them that you put customer service at a high priority. Ensuring that they receive a reply to their inquiry can put your best foot forward. To help with making sure no conversation gets missed, use our new Smart Replies feature.
Smart Replies works by looking for specific words and phrases and sending a response based on parameters that you set. Create an automatic response for common questions that you get on a daily basis. Retrieve additional information from your customers so that you can provide the best customer service.
Follow the steps below to set up your Smart Replies.
Select Smart Replies from the top of your dashboard.
Click the New Folder button on the left side of your dashboard.
Give your new folder a name and click the new trigger button.
Give your trigger a title.
Enter words or phrases for Smart Replies to look for. Separate them with a comma.
Select if Smart Replies is looking for messages that "contains any", "contains all", or "matches exactly" what you've entered.
Type your desired response.
Click save and you're done!
You can have multiple triggers within a folder. Allowing you to create as many automatic responses as you can come up with. Repeat these steps to create as many folders and triggers as you'd like.
