Chekkit Forms


Chekkit Forms are a great way to collect specific, private feedback from your customers — perfect for gaining insights that go beyond public reviews. Unlike reviews, responses collected through Chekkit Forms aren’t published or visible to others. Everything is stored securely in your Chekkit account under the FORMS tab, so you can review and act on the feedback internally

Creating a form is easy. You can customize it with as many questions as you'd like, whether you're gathering input on service quality, product satisfaction, or anything else. Once your form is ready, simply send it to a customer via text through Chekkit. They'll receive a link to complete your questionnaire on their own time.

Chekkit Forms help you better understand your customers and improve their experience — all without adding extra steps for them or your team.


Step 1: Access the Forms Feature

  1. Log in to your Chekkit dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the FORMS tab in the menu at the top of the page.

Step 2: Create a New Form

  1. Click “New Form”

    Enter a form title and Description (e.g., “Post-Visit Feedback” or “Product Experience Survey”).

    Add your questions:

    • Choose question types

      (short answer, multiple choice, rating scale, etc.).

Step 3: Save and Preview

  1. Click “Save” once you're done building the form.

Step 4: Send the Form

  1. Including the associated messenger code—for example, ((questionnaire1))—in your message body will automatically insert the form link when the message is sent.

Step 5: Collect and Review Responses

  1. Go back to the FORMS tab.
  2. Click on your form to view all submitted responses.
  3. Use filters or export options to analyze results.

Step 6: Take Action

  • Use the feedback internally to improve your service, follow up with specific customers, or track trends over time.
  • Since the responses are not public, this is a safe way for customers to share honest thoughts.

Note: All completed responses are automatically saved in your FORMS section, where you can view, track, and follow up as needed.



Tips:

  • Keep forms short and focused to encourage completions.
  • Follow up with a “thank you” message after customers fill out the form.
  • Use different forms for different touchpoints (e.g., after service, after a delivery, or post-support).
