The Reviews Leaderboard is a built-in Chekkit tool designed to help you recognize and motivate your team based on the reviews they help generate. It highlights top performers and encourages a customer-focused culture through healthy competition and visibility.

🔍 Where to Find It

Log in to your Chekkit Dashboard.
In the navigation menu, click Reviews>Leaderboard.

🧠 How It Works & What's tracked

The leaderboard ranks team members based on the number of public customer reviews they’ve helped generate. This is linked to:

Review requests sent by a specific team member.
Review links shared by a team member through text or email.
Conversations where the customer clicks the review link provided by that user.

🔁 The leaderboard updates in real time and displays totals by week, month, year or all-time depending on the filter you choose.

Can reviews be manually assigned to a user?

No. Reviews are automatically tied to the team member who sent the request or engaged in the conversation linked to the review.
