How To Create An Opportunity
Follow the steps below to create a new opportunity in Chekkit’s CRM system. This allows you to track sales, leads, or client interactions efficiently.
Step 1: Log in to the Chekkit Dashboard
- Open your web browser and go to https://dashboard.chekkit.io
- Enter your login credentials
- Click "Log In" to access your Chekkit workspace.
Tip: If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” to reset it.
Step 2: Click 'Create' on the Left-Hand Side
- Once inside the dashboard, look at the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click on the “Create” button, marked with a plus icon (

).
Step 3: Select 'Opportunity'
- A dropdown or popup will appear after clicking “Create.”
- From the options, select “Opportunity.”
- This will open a window to input opportunity details.
Step 4: Enter the Relevant Details
- Fill out all required fields such as:
- Customer/Client Name
- Opportunity Name
- Stage or Status (e.g., Draft, Won, Closed)
- Assigned Team Member
- Estimated Value
- Notes or Description
Ensure the information is accurate to keep your pipeline organized and up to date.
Step 5: Click 'Save'
- After filling in the opportunity details, click the “Save” button.
- Your new opportunity will now appear in your pipeline or opportunity list.
You can always edit the opportunity later if any details change.
