How to Add Products & Services in Chekkit


You can create reusable products and services that can be quickly added to Quotes, Invoices, Opportunities, and Jobs in just a few steps.

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Log into your Chekkit Dashboard.
  2. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen and select “Settings.”
  3. In the left-hand menu under CRM, click “Products and Services.”

  4. On the top-right of the Products & Services page, click “Create new line item.”

    In the popup form:

    • Enter a Name for your product or service (e.g., "House Painting").
    • Enter the Unit Price (e.g., 2500).
    • Choose the Type/Category — select either Product or Service from the dropdown.
    • (Optional) Add a short Description.

  5. Click “Submit” to save the item.

Once saved, the product or service will be available when creating new Quotes, Invoices, Jobs, or Opportunities — saving you time and ensuring consistency.
