Using the Inbox

Chekkit's Inbox helps you manage customer communication in one place.



How to Use It:

  1. Go to Messenger > Inbox

  2. View recent conversations sorted by date

  3. Filter by Open or Closed messages

  4. Use the search bar to find specific customers

  5. Click Start Chat to begin a new conversation
