Navigating your Inbox
Chekkit's Inbox consolidates all your messaging needs in one place. Bring your emails, texts, Instagram DM's, and Facebook messages in an easy to use and navigate dashboard. This article will help you navigate and ensure you have everything you need to maximize your Inbox.
To view your conversations, navigate to the sidebar menu and select Inbox. From there, you can filter messages by choosing Unassigned to see conversations without an assigned user, or My Messages to view those assigned specifically to you.

All your conversations appear in the middle column of your dashboard, organized by date. You can also filter them in several different ways to easily find what you need.

You can filter your messages by Open or Closed conversations. All new messages are automatically marked as Open, and once you’ve finished helping a customer, you can move the conversation to Closed to keep your dashboard organized. You can also filter conversations based on whether they’ve been read or unread.

You can also quickly find specific customers using the search bar. Simply use the dropdown to search by name or phone number.

Now that you’re familiar with the Inbox, it’s time to send your first message! Click the compose icon in the top right corner, select a conversation, or select Start Chat to begin.
