Use the Work tab to manage and monitor all created items.


Using the Work Dashboard

The Work dashboard gives you a complete, organized view of everything your team is working on—including invoices, quotes, and more. This makes it easy to track progress, review details, and take action quickly.


Viewing Your Work Items

All of your items—such as Invoices, Quotes, and other work-related records—are displayed in a sortable table. You can sort each column to rearrange the list however you prefer, helping you quickly find what you’re looking for.


Filtering Your Data

To narrow down your view, you can filter items by key details, including:

  • Customer – View items linked to a specific customer
  • Type – Filter by type (Invoice, Quote, Job, etc.)
  • Status – Identify items that are open, completed, pending, or overdue
  • Value – Filter by the dollar amount of the item

These filters help you stay focused and organized as your list grows.


Opening and Editing Items

Click on any entry in the table to open it. From there, you can:

  • View full details
  • Make edits
  • Update the status
  • Add notes or attachments

This allows you to manage your work efficiently without needing to switch between different areas of the dashboard.


Customizing Your View

Use the Show Column View option to adjust how data is displayed. You can choose which columns are visible and arrange them in a way that best fits your workflow.
