How to Save Groups & Copy Customers to a New Campaign

Chekkit now allows you to save customer groups and copy them into a new campaign without re-uploading your contact list. This is perfect for quickly sending follow-up messages, re-engaging past customers, or communicating with your team.


You can use saved groups for:

  • Internal Communication – Send updates to employees or specific internal teams.
  • Customer Campaigns – Launch new promotions, reminders, or announcements to existing customer lists.

How It Works

1. Create or Select an Existing Campaign

  • Go to Campaigns in your Chekkit dashboard.
  • Create a new campaign as usual, or choose an existing one.


2. Copy Customers to a New Campaign

  • In your campaign list, click the three-dot menu next to your campaign.
  • Select Copy customers to new.
  • A new campaign draft will open with the same customer list already loaded.


3. Edit Your Message

  • Update the campaign name, message content, and scheduled date/time as needed.
  • Review your recipients before sending.
