How can I automatically send review invitations?

Automating review invitations is one of the easiest ways to grow reviews and get more exposure for your business — without sending every ask by hand. Chekkit can trigger invitations after a sale, job, booking, or other event from the tools you already use.

Tools Chekkit works with

Chekkit connects to many CRMs and business tools. Common options include Zapier (thousands of apps — often the fastest path if your tool isn’t listed), HubSpot, FareHarbor, ServiceM8, AIM by TriTech, QuickBooks Online, FieldRoutes (formerly PestRoutes), DealerSocket, Jewellery Shopkeeper, Lightspeed DMS, Simpro, Club Speed Timing, ClearDent, MaxiDent, and ServiceTitan.

Ways to automate review invitations

1. Zapier

Best when you want a flexible connection to almost any app. In Chekkit, go to Automations → Zapier, or follow Zapier and Chekkit.

2. CRM & Tools quick setup

For supported integrations, connect under Settings → Connections → CRM & Tools, then enable a ready-made review request automation (for example after a deal is won, a job is completed, or a trip ends).

HubSpot, FareHarbor, ServiceM8, AIM by TriTech, and QuickBooks include review templates in quick setup. Other listed tools may use a custom automation or support-assisted setup.

3. Events and message automations

Use Chekkit’s event / webhook automations when something happens in your CRM or another system and you want Chekkit to send a review invite automatically.

Go to Automations → Events / Triggers.
Choose the event from your connected CRM or webhook.
In the message, include ((review_invitation)) or ((review_link)).

Chekkit dedupes review invitations (including a roughly six-month rule) so customers aren’t flooded with repeat asks.

4. Sequences, campaigns, or Pipeline

Sequences — use the Review Request Sequence starter, or add review tags to your own. See Using Message Sequences.
Campaigns & scheduled messages — send or schedule bulk messages with a review-invitation template or ((review_link)).
Pipeline — turn on Request review on completion in pipeline settings.

5. Review reminder drip

In Settings → Review, configure drip / reminder settings so people who already received an invitation can get a follow-up if they haven’t left a review yet.

Tips

Under Messenger → Templates, you can mark a template as your automated review template so CRM and automation flows use the right wording.
Include consent / opt-out language where required for SMS.
