Facebook Form Leads

With the new Facebook Form Leads feature, you can now create automatic responses to leads generated from Facebook forms. This ensures that your potential customers receive immediate acknowledgment and engagement, improving your response time and customer satisfaction.

Follow these steps to set up automatic responses:

Log in to your Chekkit account.
Navigate to the Integrations section in your settings.
Select Facebook Form Leads from the list of available integrations.
Connect your Facebook account and authorize the necessary permissions.
Set up your automatic response template. You can customize the message to include details such as your business hours, contact information, or a thank you note.
Save your settings to activate the automatic responses.

Once set up, every time a lead submits a form on your Facebook page, they will receive your predefined automatic response.
