How to Use the Inbox-Level Dialer / Call Button

The new Inbox-Level Dialer / Call Button feature allows you to initiate calls directly from the Inbox without needing to open an existing conversation thread. This feature streamlines the process of making outbound calls, especially when contacting new or first-time contacts.

How to Use the Inbox-Level Dialer:

• Locate the Call/Voice icon at the top of your Inbox, next to the "New Message" button.
• Click the icon to open a dial pad or a searchable contact list.
• Enter the phone number manually or select a contact from the list.
• Initiate the call. A new conversation thread will be automatically created if one doesn’t already exist.
