Instagram Integration

Chekkit has released a new integration to manage Instagram Business messages. Instagram is a photo-sharing social media platform that can help your business reach more customers. Instagram has a messenger platform where customers can send direct messages to your business. The Chekkit app will allow business users to retrieve threads and messages from their Instagram inbox into the Chekkit app.

Getting Started

Step 1:

To get started you will need an Instagram account that is connected to your Facebook page. To connect the accounts, click the button below.

Step 2:

Once you've clicked the button above, a new tab will open. Sign in to your Instagram account and click the Connect Instagram button.

Step 3:

Click the Confirm button on the window that appears.

Step 4:

Another window will appear advising you that you've now connected Instagram to your Facebook page.

Step 5a:

Now that you've connected Instagram to Facebook, you can connect your Facebook page to Chekkit. Click the button below to find instructions on how to connect your Facebook page to Chekkit.

Step 5b:

If your Facebook page is already connected to Chekkit you will need to disconnect your Facebook from Chekkit and reconnect it.

To disconnect your Facebook page, go to Settings > Review > click Disconnect Facebook. Then, reconnect Facebook to Chekkit.

Troubleshooting

Ensure that your Instagram business account has enabled the connected tools under message control settings.
