How do I respond to Facebook recommendations on my Chekkit account?

Connecting your Facebook page to your Chekkit account is a great way to allow you to access messages that are sent from your page, respond to your reviews and more. In order to respond to your reviews you may need to update the permissions on your Facebook page. Follow the steps below to ensure that your page gives Chekkit the necessary permissions.

Navigate to the top right corner and press the down button. Then click 'Settings & Privacy'

Go to Settings & Privacy on your Facebook account.

Step 3

From the lower left side of the screen, choose 'Business Integrations'.

Select Business Integrations.

Step 4

Then Choose Chekkit under active business integrations and click 'View and Edit'.

Select View and Edit.

Step 5

Make sure Chekkit has permission to 'Manage comments on your Page'.

Ensure comments on your Page is enabled.

With these changes, you'll be able to respond to your reviews directly from the Chekkit dashboard.
