Changing the language in a template

There is a good chance that you may be dealing with some customers that prefer to receive messages in a different language. You can create a template in a different language by typing a message in the body of the template in either French, English, or Spanish. If you're wanting to create a review invitation that will accommodate a different language.


There is a button, seen below, where you can choose either English, French or Spanish. This drop-down button will change the screen that populates once your customer clicks the review invitation link.

When your customer clicks the review invitation link that has been set to another language. Below is an example of the window that will populate when the review invitation link has been clicked and the template as been set to French.
