How can I customize my templates?

Personalizing the wording of your templates can help boost your click-through rate and lead to higher review completion overall. 

You can customize certain variables in the template like ((name)), which allows you to automatically insert customers' names with every review invitation. 

To customize or create templates, follow these steps:

1. Select the Templates tab under Settings. 

2. Click the template you would like to edit or select New Template. 

3. Enter your chosen changes that you'd like to make to the template.

4. Click Update
