What are Facebook recommendations, and how do they work?

Facebook announced recommendations for businesses, which makes it easier for your customers to give richer, more valuable feedback to your business.

We are excited to announce that Chekkit is starting to pull in Facebook Recommendations for those accounts that are authenticated with the platform. Make sure your Facebook account is set up to start receiving and monitoring Facebook Recommendations. 


Customers leaving Facebook Recommendations will see this screen when prompted by a review invite:

Once a customer leaves a recommendation, it will be pulled into the Reviews tab in the Chekkit Dashboard. Facebook Recommendations will include either a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down emoji instead of the traditional star rating.
