We believe in a Fair Billing Policy because we believe you should only pay for the features on your account that you use.
All of our accounts offer the ability to upgrade at any time with fair billing calculations to your subscription. We also give you the ability to select specific features to add to your account.
Customize Your Account
If you'd like to upgrade your account, you can have the confidence knowing that you can upgrade at any time. We also offer the ability to add specific features that interest you to your account. This allows you to have the most flexibility in customizing your account. Ensuring that you're only paying for the features that are the most important to you. Dynamic Billing
You can feel reassured that if you decide to add additional locations or upgrade your account, you will only be charged for the time used. This means that if you add an additional location to your subscription part-way through a billing cycle, we only charge your account a portion of the cost. Utilizing this proration ensures that you're not being overcharged.
Thousands of Messages
Every Chekkit account includes unlimited incoming messages and 2000 outgoing messages every month. If you happen to go over your 2000 outgoing messages, we charge you for only the messages that exceed 2000. We charge $0.03 per outgoing message. If you feel that 2000 messages aren't enough for you, please contact our customer support and they'd be happy to help you.
Create Your Team
No matter how big your team, you can create as many users as you'd like with no additional charges. You can also give your users various access to your account. Below we have a list of the different access levels.
- Owner: Full access and multi-location accessibility
- Location Admin: Full access (Only one location)
- Team Leader: Access to Personal and Team settings only
- Team Member: Only Personal Settings (Can reply to reviews + messages. Can’t refund or cancel payments)
- Team Member (Limited): Only Personal Settings (Same as Team Member but unable to reply to reviews)
- Individual: Only see & reply to assigned messages, and can’t respond to reviews (Assigned by someone with higher authority)
