Placing your webchat widget on your website provides ease and convenience for your customers to reach out to your business, instantly. Now with our new feature, Departments, you can funnel your customers to specific departments, to a specific representative, or anywhere you'd like. Step 1: Place your webchat widget on your website

Step 2: Add your departments
Now that we've installed your widget, we can add your departments to the widget.
Go to Settings
Select New Department
A window will appear and you will be able to enter the title of the Department and then add the users you'd like to be assigned to this department. You can have one or multiple users assigned to a department. Users assigned to a department will get an email notification that a new message was received.
You can create multiple departments, giving your customers the opportunity to ensure the right person can help them.
Now your customer will be given the option to select a department before they send you a message.
